Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service
About the Job
Currently seeking a full time professional and responsible individual, to work as an administrative assistant at a company in e-commerce industry.
The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service, phone and computer skills.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phone
-Data entry
-Filing
-Shipping and receiving
- updating and tracking inventory
-Completing online orders
-Assisting customers as needed
-Assisting Manager
-Various other office tasks

Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Excellent organizational/electronic filing skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Photoshop and General Emailing
-A friendly demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
-An individual with drive that is motivated and energetic
-A self-starter mind-set
-Ability to multi-task
-Can work independently
-Must speak fluent English

Qualifications Requirements:
-Type 50 WPM
-Organized
-Ability to multi-task and follow direction
-Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn
-1-2 Years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent phone/communication skills
-Multi-task with ease and professionalism
- Fast learner
