Full-time paid internship with potential to hire as full-time position
The Coordinator will provide daily support to the Media Director and Planner/Buyer and in addition have individual job responsibilities. This position provides opportunity to learn the foundation of media and grow as a member of our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning support including research, gathering costs and creating presentations
- Buy maintenance
- Develop positive relationships with vendors
- Data entry or download of buys and invoices
- Reconcile media invoices
- Campaign analysis and reports
Skills required for the position:
- Effective time management
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred.
