Job Description:

As a Research Associate Intern you will be responsible 3 main areas of operations: project management, inbound marketing, and writing great research. Your duties will include:

~ Conduct primary research in the manufacturing industry
~ Develop and write blogs and research reports
~ Interview senior-level technology users via telephone and online surveys
~ Data QC, analysis, and consolidation including report writing
~ Proofreading and editing of reports, questionnaires, and other research publications
~ Assist analysts with coordinating and conducting vendor interviews
~ Manage press and vendor community contacts
~ Prepare presentations with well-formatted charts, appropriate call-outs, meaningful titles, and a sequence of slides that tell a story
~ Maintain report production schedule, from inception through publication
~ Learn and be responsible for quantitative work with data sets
~ Coordinate use of social media platforms (blogs, Twitter, online community) in the research and publishing process
~ Handle client inquiries and support consulting projects as needed

Requirements:

~ Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills
~ Ability to work quickly and independently to meet tight deadlines
~ Hands on experience on Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Statistical software is preferred.
~ Strong client service orientation
~ Bachelors degree required, 2 years relevant work experience and/or graduate degree preferred
