We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented individual to fill our travel team coordinator position at a fast paced wellness clinic. Hours will be 8:30 – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

*Must have experience in a medical office setting >1 year to be considered.*

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • prepare charts and supplies for travel team
  • keep track of all inventory
  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • general administrative and clerical support
  • schedule appointments

Education and Experience

  • Must have medical experience
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Quicken and Excel)
