very flexible hours, can work around school or another job.
shorts breaks, sometimes you get tired of standing your whole shift.

In the many years of working there the company within itself is a good work space but the management team has made it a non enjoyable place to work. They also showed many of us there that favoritism does play a major roll in the growth within the company.

Staples Center is a fun job to work at first. You work during games/events and are right next to the court. After event ends you stay late at night sometimes almost at two in the morning to clean and change over for the next one. Perfect job for someone in their early twenties. Work hours fluctuates, sometimes you get scheduled a lot of days during the week and sometimes only one or two. If this is the only job you have then this might not be enough to support someone financially. The only way from what I've seen that you can advance here is if you do a lot of butt kissing or else you'll be doing the same thing for a long time. Good as a temporary job but not worth it to stay long term.
