Asked about what kind of activities I'd do with children, how would I discipline children, and why do I want to work here.
It is a typical interview process. Basic background questions are asked, knowledge of childcare is assessed, willingness to engage with the children, change diapers, clean noses, etc. However there is no proper training available.
