What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at LabCorp?
What do you like best about working at LabCorp? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

Do you work at LabCorp? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

My boss practiced discrimination again and again. I did a pretty good job while working there but being of white european descent was minority status in my department. First he hinted for me to leave and then he made it so miserable after I ignored all of his hints, I left on my own. A former emplyee and friend who still works there told me he got his son in the company to do my old job. Not fair!!!

Don't you notice Labcorp is always hiring? That's because the data entry job position they have is really crappy. Believe me I worked with this company and they really suck. The supervisors are nothing but mean individuals and they don't treat you like a real person. They expect to much from you and you can't even talk to your neighbors. Dat Nguyen and Joyce Rousers are the supervisors in that department and I don't think you guys will get along with them! They are mean!!!!!! And fake. At first they are nice to you, but in reality they are backstabbers. I worked here for awhile and that's why I quit because they mistreat their employees. I swear to God. It's up to you if u wanna believe me or not, but believe me I worked for them and they are horrible.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at LabCorp?
Any advice on striking the right note?

Hello everyone. I wish I had found this forum sooner! Thank you to all of the other posters who shared their LabCorp horror stories with us.
Over the course of 2 years, I wasted my time applying (and re-applying) for 8 different LabCorp positions in the Nashville, Tennessee metro area and never heard back from them. Keep in mind that Nashville is the healthcare industry mecca of the U.S. -- home to dozens of national headquarters and more than 220 healthcare companies.
When I applied to LabCorp, I submitted my information online AND delivered my resume to them in person.... but they never had the courtesy to respond. I am college-educated, have over 10 years of customer service experience in Hospitals, two decades of steady employment history, excellent references, and I could go on and on. I was certainly qualified as I met all of their stated job requirements. Over-qualified, maybe? Whatever it is, their HR department is asleep at the wheel or nonexistent.
I now suspect that their internet job postings are bogus. The posts in another forum thread titled "Don't you notice LabCorp is always hiring?" didn't surprise me at all. I had the same experiences! They show their job openings as "updated" but they're acutally nothing more than bait for new applicants. After reading so many similar reviews on here, I can only assume that they keep a steady stream of "yes man" applicants coming in to replace all of the employees they fire. Maybe its better that I didn't get those jobs in the first place.
LabCorp wasted my time, and a company is only as good as its reputation. I sure won't recommend them to any of my colleagues.

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at LabCorp?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?
What is a typical day in the life of an employee at LabCorp?
