Pros: provided self confidence to self
Cons: daily work is not always garantee
Daily work was hard to do. first we had to show up for work at 6:00am and wait for some company who needed workers would call, then we would get our work order ticket and get to the jobsite as soon as possible inorder to get your work hours for the daily pay. I finally got lucky working with Huff constuction when the pay became weekly, but I have a – more... no good background were no company want to hire me. – less

Skilled Laborer (Current Employee), Raleigh, NC – April 23, 2012
A typical day for me at labor finders is to arrived at 5:30 am and dont get a job assignment before 9 am. . It is not consistent with having a full time job where you know you're going to work! Every day is a challenge to go to work! My hardest part is guessing whether are not I will get a job or assignment! The best part is earning money to pay bills!
Laborer (Current Employee), Houston,Tx. – March 6, 2012
Pros: its on your time.
Cons: hard labor.
Need cash fast and you have a car and you love to get you hand dirty. Also you might get a repeat ticket for a week a month or you could get place at a nother company.
