Patient Access Representative (Former Employee) – Kaplan, LA – November 19, 2017
Loved my job and loved most of the people. Everything was good except the management, doesn't even pay to follow chain of command, doesn't help just a waste of time, unless your a "favorite" my manager had hers and she good from one to the other, no one see through her. Shame to be such a nice place to work and doesn't see how this manager keeps her job.

I have been here 4 years. I love working with my employers very much. my job that I do is make sure that every patient get the best care possible. The hardest part of the job is working with people that make a lot of differences between all the rest employers.
UHCPatient Transporter (Former Employee) – UHC – August 7, 2017
I would clock in, put my belongings in my locker, log in to my computer and start my day. I learned that there really are some amazing individuals out there that love to work and will lend a hand if you need it. I was not a part of the radiology department but I was fortunate enough to work with that team on a daily basis. The hardest part was having to talk to my boss. She did not know me nor did she try to get to know me.
Registered Nurse, NICU (Former Employee) – Lafayette, LA – July 29, 2017

Productive very difficult personalities no one seemed happy
Respiratory Therapist (Former Employee) – Lafayette, LA – June 13, 2017
New management had come into place over the last few months. The department had hit some rough spots with their outlook on the way it is being ran and their spirits were quite low. The hardest part of my job was coming to work and trying to stay positive with so many people having so many negative attitudes. I learned that no matter what kind of day the next person is having you must stay positive because your in customer service and that patient needs to see you smile.
