The employees have great skills and loyalty to the company but upper management will not recognize anyone doing a good job even after years after years of above average or over achievement reviews. Also, this company is filled with no advancement of a minority. Everything time one gets promoted, they will hire or bring someone of Caucasian to watch over them or be their boss. All employees gets reviews with no raises even after 3 years of wage freezes and profiting a million each month for 4 months consecutive. New management has no clue to run anything correctly so they come up with a new system to show the owner that they are improving. The truth is they don't want to learn so they have to change everything to take credit but nothing was wrong with the old ways, why fix it? Another fact is they provide no training with the new system. They are looking for reasons failure instead of having the right person in the right position.
