Terrible. From the time I applied to the time I was interviewed was 3 months. They do not respond in a timely fashion; which forces you to either take a different job or decline other job opportunities because you're in limbo with Lake Health.

Orientation classes for two weeks. Weekly mandatory computer education modules, Orientation with a preceptor can last up to 12 weeks, if you feel that you need more orientation they will extend it past the 12 weeks.

Yes, I had titers drawn for Hepatitis B. I had to get varicella and MMR booster shots because my titers were too low. They require an annual flu shot and they have a no smoking policy. There is fingerprinting, FBI background check and drug testing.
