Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day schedule
  • Manage client files and contact information
  • Draft contract paperwork
  • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Manage company expenses
  • Overall office organization
  • Plan and manage events

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of high level, complex administration work experience at a senior level, 2 of which must be in Real Estate.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and professional individual who has exceptional organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
  • Excellent social media skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong People Skills - a winning positive approach to challenges with a service-based attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher; QuickBooks.
  • Professional; strong business etiquette.
