Laborer (Former Employee) – Buffalo ny – November 2, 2015
Work in dangerous conditions for half the pay of what the workers deserve. Favoritism!! Lack of appreciation towards workers who work. Constant fight with management to get safer worker conditions. Physically demanding.

Alot of the time you got the same people doing multiple jobs working a hard fulls days work and OT and others just to finish their day before lunch just to stand around doing nothing or very little and nothing else expected of them. At the same times you got people working big days in very poor/dangerous weather every time and others get lucky to be selected to work inside or out of the weather less and its all the time, every time. Operations employees ONLY are consistenty being watched and punnished. Other than that its a nice place to work most the time if everyone was equally treated with nasty jobs or work loads and everyone worked a full days work so others was not expected to work harder or late. Operation employees are the back bone of the company but treated less equally, no incentives for awards for working hard.
great hours, weekends off
put in very dangerous situations with weather. ice, rain, and heavy storms alone 90/ of time
