Lamb Fuels is looking for an Accounts Analyst for its intercompany accounting, reporting and executive reporting needs. This position is full time, and will report directly to the Controller.

Primary Duties include:
Perform daily reconciliations of accounting reports.
Generate Daily reports for the company and corporate customers.
Generate and maintain weekly and monthly intercompany and customer reports.
Help in the creation of customized reports for executives in excel such as statistical analysis, planning and forecasting. (data collection and analysis).
Assist controller with Month end reporting. Accounting and Quickbooks knowledge is a must.
Create Reports that will help the company continue with its incredible growth.
Skills & abilities required:
- 2 years working experience
- Advanced knowledge in excel
- Report Automation
- Working with CSV files
- Quickbooks knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly Analytical
- Able to handle multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
- Able to communicate with multiple departments effectively.
4 years college degree or similar
$40K base, plus quarterly bonuses, paid vacation, health benefits, life insurance, FSA plan, and disability.
