Description: We are a small, privately held manufacturing company poised for new growth and are seeking a unique individual for a receptionist position. We manufacture low ticket, high volume products in two major markets and are expanding into additional markets. Position is responsible for answering the telephone and transferring calls or helping customer, filing and assisting with office tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a professional communicator and one who can display excellent verbal, written and reasoning skills.
Answering phones and transferring calls.
Assisting customers on phone and walk in business.
Filing, Sorting, Mailing, light bindery work i.e. stuffing sales literature.
Work within the information management system, adhering to established guidelines.
Become and remain well informed about company products.
A successful candidate will:
Have 1 year of experience
Be comfortable speaking with a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers with a variety of organizations.
Display verbal and mental flexibility to “stand as one" when representing the company or company policies.
Possess a can-do perspective in professional attitude and be maturely competent in managing time and activities.
Have a working knowledge of standard business software: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Bring strong investigative and research abilities.
Knowing ACT! is a plus.
