The Land Advisors OrganizationTM was founded in 1987 to serve the Phoenix metropolitan area. Originally branded as Arizona Land Advisors, we quickly realized that our unique approach to land brokerage would be beneficial to clients across the country. We now have six offices in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado, and plan to have 15 Land AdvisorsTM offices across the country by 2008.

Our non-traditional brokerage company is built on the foundation of deeply experienced land specialists, a collaborative network of Agents and offices, and the application of cutting-edge data display technology. The result is a relationship-based business model that provides accurate, comprehensive, and objective counsel to our clients.

And our clients have clearly embraced the merits of this model. Our growth has been exponential in each of our markets, and we are continuing our expansion across the country. As the first national land brokerage company, our commitment to our clients and to the responsible development of land is unwavering, leading us to truly change the way land is bought and sold.

I started out as the Receptionist and worked my way up the Executive Admin Assistant for 5 land brokers.

I learned Project Management, Event Marketing & Management, Marketing Communication Strategies, Strategic Research, Development & Analytics.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working and learning from the most amazing and smart co-workers to the CEO. They instrumentally create entire master planned communities from an acre of land and an idea.
