A start-up company being the 1st of its kind isn't flawed-be patient

Watching this "start-up" bumble through contract commitments is excruciating. Micro management in banal details to distract from the lack of experience in leadership. Deceptive bonus structure. "Innovation" is implemented and discarded like a cheap dress.

This is a place filled with some compassionate people who work really hard. It also has some people who are not suited for this type of work at all-mostly because their egos are too big. They will make you feel as if you're doing great one day- then the next day, you're fired. There is no room for discussion of patients, only room to agree with the egos. And forget about work life balance. It is not possible to have that and complete your work.
Some supervisors have fragile egos. So don't come with an opinion
