Watching this "start-up" bumble through contract commitments is excruciating. Micro management in banal details to distract from the lack of experience in leadership. Deceptive bonus structure. "Innovation" is implemented and discarded like a cheap dress.

Stay aware
Patient Care Assistant (Current Employee) –  Ontario, CAJuly 1, 2017
This is a place filled with some compassionate people who work really hard. It also has some people who are not suited for this type of work at all-mostly because their egos are too big. They will make you feel as if you're doing great one day- then the next day, you're fired. There is no room for discussion of patients, only room to agree with the egos. And forget about work life balance. It is not possible to have that and complete your work.
Pros
Great coworkers
Cons
Some supervisors have fragile egos. So don't come with an opinion

Think twice
Provider (Current Employee) –  CaliforniaMay 12, 2017
Huge disconnect between physicians and nurse practitioners. Micromanaging. No work life balance. No efficiency. Huge turnover, average of 1-2 resignations a week.

Great vision, great mission but they lack execution. Building a company on the backs of staff they treat as disposable.

As the provider you are responsible for front and back office typical duties, very little office support. Getting calls while driving, coordinating care while driving. No admin time.

The bonus matrix is deceptive.

Docs in this market don't see patients, if they do they don't chart. They primarily Monday morning quarterback you.

Lots of burnouts very quickly.

NPs don't have a voice and do all the work.
Pros
Out of the office
Cons
No support to rely on.

Nurse (Former Employee) –  Latham, NYMarch 6, 2017
This group of micromanagers are not work your time and effort. There is no amount of money that can make this job or their current management - tolerable.
Pros
snacks in the office - but limited and monitored
Cons
work life balance is a joke, they wasted time and resources to try and address it. Cut throat and vindictive work environment

Outreach Specialist (Current Employee) –  Huntington Beach, CAMarch 16, 2016
Landmark is a a new company that is innovative and changing the face of healthcare in America.
The 'open door' policy of management is refreshing. They go above and beyond to support and celebrate the staff.
