A prominent leader in the hospitality event industry that owns and operates a valuable portfolio which includes event venues, off premise catering and destination wedding travel agency will soon be launching an advice website for wedding planning with unique & ground breaking elements. This hospitality leader is looking for a:

Project Web Manager/Designer - Digital Advertising

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Creating systems & teams for selling online advertising

· Create and Maintain Ad Sales sponsorship calendars

· Campaign management to develop and execute promotional plans to drive increased performance among specific business & customer segments, including securing appropriate marketing support among email, social, publicity, site and partner channels.

· This person must also be an Ad Sales Strategist

· Responsible for maintaining & growing our brand by directing creative

· Oversee IT to facilitate agenda

· Work on the development of our unique algorithms

· Lead or supervise key account pitch from idea generation to proposal outline to final deliverable

· Lead the development and execution of website for the company’s branded and micro-site

· Manage contingent workers as needed

· Take the lead on new website initiatives that support ad sales marketing revenue

· Oversee the integration of cross-discipline creative and editorial teams into an integrated, digital first content development and delivery capacity

· Performs QA to ensure accuracy of website on a daily basis

Required and desired skills
· Demonstrated project management skills

· Proven track record developing and implementing eCommerce sites that significantly increased engagement, conversion, and AOV

· Must have been involved in other regional or national online brand development

· 5+ years optimizing eCommerce websites targeting direct-to-consumer and B2B.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· Self-motivated, assertive, proactive

· Ability to translate data into meaningful business information

· Bachelor’s degree
