As a freelancer (permalancer) it has been pretty good for what it is. They seem to hire a lot of freelancers because they can be let go at any point. The work is packaging design and production for major brands. So that can be extremely frustrating because it takes a LONG time from beginning to final product.
Nice location, friendly people
They seem to favor the young (cheaper) and have had a few layoffs

Fun place to work in a creative environment surrounded by a ton of talented people. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, but there are definitely negatives, like relatively low pay and questionable job security.
Periodic free lunches, laid-back work environment, fun work-related events.
Low pay relative to the market, hires a lot of contractors instead of full-time employees to save money
