Resident Aide, Bradenton, FL - July 25, 2013
A typical day at work would include setting up for the work day and going around checking on the residents. I learned how to work with impatient and irrate residents. The management was awful and money hungry. They did not care about the residents. My Co-workers were fake and trouble makers. The hardest part of my job I would have to say was trying to keep the residents calm and busy. The most enjoyable part of my job was talking to residents and listening to their stories.
