Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Work with sales reps to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls and have strong problem solving abilities.
Resolve all customer questions in a timely and professsional manner.
Must have pleasant telephone voice/manner and the ability to compose professional correspondence.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and various departments.
Experience in the medical device industry a plus.
Must possess strong computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced setting and work in a group employee setting.
College degree a plus but not mandatory.
