Doorman (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – January 1, 2016
Typical day at the Langham Chicago misdirected employees by completely clueless managers starting with Director of HR.Employees have no goals set by management so its just a lot of chaos everyday until someone either quits or is terminated. Very high turnover. Very low job security. The culture is very low morale. No one is held accountable. For anything.

Tackle the hardest job first each day. It's better to ask questions and learn rather than in staying in silence and be an uneducated fool for a life time. Inspiring other to follow you direction. Only friendly people become successful leaders. Interest of a client is important so customers is always convenient. The most enjoyable part of my job is to see my colleagues happy to do their task and learn to them to value there effort motivate your group to achieve goal
