Long Hours, Mandatory overtime, Horrible supervisor
Kit Packaging (Former Employee) – Billerica, MA – July 6, 2017
Learned many skills to advance myself into new positions. Learned many GMP skills, which were strictly enforced on half of the team, unless deadlines needed to be met, then procedures were no longer followed, inspections rushed and employees not giving 100 percent to impress supervisor. Department supervisor constantly lashing out at employees, lack of manager in department, person in charge of overseeing department overlooked issues due to long-term friendship with supervisor. Extremely hostile environment to work in. Other aspects of the company were great if you were not exposed to Kit Packaging. Great benefits, other departments seemed to be much more organized with fair supervisors, and great working environments. Human resources not the best.
Shipping and Receiving, Documentation (Current Employee) – North Billerica, MA – April 21, 2017
Every day brings worse news. Management is hellbent on hiring more executive level employees while working their bread and butter into the dirt. Hours are long and the work is thankless and unfulfilling if you're in a manufacturing position.
Decisions are made without consulting experts in the field, and complications arise constantly. Stress is the only constant, and morale is at an all-time low.
That said, training resources are outstanding, the people working there are committed and hard working, and the product delivered is always of the highest quality. It is just getting more and more difficult to produce those results.
Account Representative (Former Employee) – Billerica, MA – May 23, 2016
Very busy, heavy work load, fast paced environment. Generous vacation benefits. Learned excellent verbal skills through constant contact with internal and external customers. Co-workers are hard working, flexible and dedicated. Lots of variety in daily functions. Management is supportive.
Executive Assistant to President and CEO (Former Employee) – Billerica, MA – January 14, 2016
Although it was an extremely busy working environment, I was coached well by the CEO and ELT Members. While working at Lantheus Medical Imaging, I learned how to manage others more efficiently and effectively. The C Level Executives were team-oriented, which made my job much easier than anticipated. Working in this level can be quite stressful and challenging. However, the ELT Members made it easy, as they created a very healthy work environment in which to work.
Per Diem Medical Liaison (Current Employee) – National – April 9, 2015
I have enjoyed working with Lantheus for the past ten years. Two of which I worked in regional sales, and the past eight as a medical liaison. The management team is dynamic and offers support and the sales force and medical liaisons work to share best practices all for the best interest of the customers served.
Need a pathway for Medical Liaisons to advance into Sales offering longevity with the company
Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) – San Juan, PR – April 5, 2015
Review the work to be done during the shift. Set up the work area and coordinate whit co-workers. Compounding and dispensing drugs with radioactive material. Time-sensitive duties and responsibilities involving preparation, delivery and calibration time. Work under pressure and last-minute changes. It was satisfactory to me the mentoring and leadership role that I have to play with new co-workers.
