We are seeking a knowledgeable, creative Chef de Cuisine for our Northern Massachusetts restaurant operation. The ideal candidate will be one who can bring expertise, knowledge, and creativity to our business—and one who can readily communicate with the executive office, operations, private event sales, and front-of-house departments, as well easily adapt to changing market conditions and changing guest tastes.
Experience with a proven track record of growth in both fine dining restaurants as well as casual restaurants would be preferred, as well as preference to those with culinary education with certifications.
