QUALITY CONTROL REP (Former Employee) – Waldorf, MD – February 2, 2018
I had no experience doing the job that I did. I was hired because I sold the GM at the time on needing a job, and willing to do whatever it took. I had to physically inspect every piece of product that my saw operator cut for size and quality before prepping to be shipped to our customers. We were actually graded weekly on the work performed based on returns or complaints.
Representative (Former Employee) – Norcross, GA – March 14, 2018
This place use to be a awesome place to work at, but with new upper management, the culture changed for the worst. HR department is very unprofessional. Everyday felt like my energy was being drained from all the BS politics of corporate america. No loyalty to their employees that have been loyal to them for over 15 years. Looks for reasons to fire you. Was happy I got out when I did, best decision ever!!!
Great job great people great benefits. Two huge party's a year
Customer Service Representative/Warehouse (Former Employee) – Norcross, GA – August 23, 2017
I ran a mitre saw for a couple of years. Did some quality control , shipping/packing. Picking orders. Management was great also. This company takes care of their team members. Pay was pretty good. I was spending at least 3 hrs a day on the road. I had a small toddler that I was missing too much time with.

Administrative/Credit Assistant (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA 98168 – January 22, 2017
I worked for this company for 18 years and enjoyed the job quite a bit. I started out as a clerk and by the time I left the company I was the corporate credit assistant to the Corporate Credit Manager. I had a large variety of responsibilities and learned a great deal from my manager.
CUSTOMER SERVICE (Current Employee) – Norcross, GA – March 23, 2016
I have learned and do enjoy working with my team members... they are like family to me and its a pleasure to work with them. Each day is different when it comes to meeting customer's expectations but its a challenge I seek to exceed with perfection.

Production and Inventory Specialist (Former Employee) – Addison, TX – February 9, 2016
Working at Larson JUHL at times was challenging due to lack of staffing. The hours were unconventional, most of the equipment was outdated. The co-workers were all long term employees absorbed when Larson JUHL acquired other companies.
This was a group of very artistic minded people trying be a sales cultured company. No one wanted to have a definitive opinion because there was no solid direction. I was treated like an alien because I didn't have an art background, was a proven salesperson. Very little forethought is given to the street level sales and no positive reinforcement existed.
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor (Current Employee) – Santa Fe Springs, CA – September 12, 2013
I work mostly in MDC dept. nice working crew/team members I am the supervisor in this department. The hardest part is finding people from agencies that really want to work, The most enjoyable is that is close to my house and that I like what I do.
Applicant (Former Employee) – Waldorf, MD – January 10, 2013
The application process directs the applicant to Instigate to submit resumes. After submission, there is no correspondence from Larson Juhl or Instigate concerning the status of the application or position.I've made several attempts to apply for the Operations Managers position in the Waldorf, Md location that has been advertised several times since Oct. 2012 without any response. There is no way to directly contact the hiring manager of Larson Juhl and the only direction that Instigate allows is to update your resume.

Sr Operations Specialist (Former Employee) – Plymouth, MI – September 6, 2012
Customer service, enter orders and answer emails. Set up production for team members. Reasearch and solve issues for customers and team members. Adminitraive duties acc payable, receiveable. Work with customers on merchandising needs specificly for there store or gallery. Having been there for 12 years we had many differnt managers and many differnt management styles i had opportunity to be challenged and learned alot. My co-workers became my family as we spent alot of time together. Sometimes the hard part of the job was the stress of having so much going on at the same time trying to doing to many things at once.
