One day at work doing my usual providing great customer service, I had a really upset customer and nothing I did was pleasing to him I tired everything to assist. He started to ask for a manager then I thought okay I can get you a manager but before I do so can I help one more time? He calmed down and said yes. The hardest part is not being able to please your customer. My coworkers was great team members we got along well. Ending the conversation between you and your customer with them feeling better and pleased is the most enjoyable part of my job.
