The truth is this company wants you to do too much for very little pay. They want you to work the weirdest shifts with the oddest times off (and never two days off together), but barely $13 per hour.
They also are very unprofessional. While I was sitting there filling out my new hire paperwork, the girl who I assume is the office manager, degraded every single employee to other employees after they left the room. It didn't matter that there were new hires sitting there filling out their paperwork. The profanity used is worse than a rap music video.
Nothing is organized there and it seems like there is a ton of confusion. They lie to customers and even yell at customers. It's one thing to get frustrated, but you should never yell at the customer. Let alone just say if the BBB what really went on behind closed doors, this company (or at least the location in Laurel) would be shut down.
Needless to say, I turned down the job offer. I do not need a new job (and a pay cut) that desperately to deal with the shadiness going on there.
