Pros: good people to work with.
Cons: pay far to low for the local economy.
I took theposition as an apparent stepping stone, however I love the patients I have there and the vast majority of the staff have been very welcoming. The position itself doesn't lend to no advancement opportunities, no cardiac events or other modalities that I trained for as a respiratory therapist. It is however a great place for the review of human – more... basics and didactics. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home town position. – less
