Management changes their approach like the wind. One day, you'll be marching toward one goal and then that goal gets abandoned for the next big thing.
There is no regard for the people or developing the people that work for them. It's much easier to throw out the employees that are not 'working out' to their satisfaction.
Process and procedures are almost non existent.
The work life balance is good, but the lack of good benefits and the lack of direction from above make this company very challenging to work for.
