Financial District mid-size Law Firm is looking for an experienced accountant/bookeeper.
*5+ years of bookkeeping experience
*Must be versed in Quickbooks
*Organize, enter and file invoices & bills
*Ability to perform basic bank reconciliations
*Excellent knowledge in accounting programs
*A/R and A/P Functions.
*Understanding GL accounts and financial reports
*Communicate with company vendors
*Bank transactions and reconciliations
*Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
*Enter payroll entries into quickbooks from PEO reports
*Excellent benefits package
*Must be highly motivated individual to be part of the Administration Team
*This person will be working side by side with the CEO & COO
*Bi-lingual Spanish is a PLUS but not necessary.
