At first glance this company comes off as a very great place to work. There are some excellent individuals that work here. They have a fully loaded, stocked fridge, and a lounge room with an xbox 360 and air hockey tables.
However, thats where it ends. People join and are fired/leave about as quick as a call center, regardless if you are on the phones. The software driving the company is written in 4D, which is a very antiquated and unstable program platform. They will have massive expectations with minimal pay for any type of engineering role. Internally, they will even specify that they would rather have lack of experience and lower pay vs someone that has real standard. If your job is not in support (on the phones), expect to be in meetings most of the day, and then be shunned for not getting enough work done. There is large amounts of obvious favoritism in the staff, and others are reprimanded just as easily.
Oh, don't ever expect to use the xbox 360 or air hockey. You wont have enough time on your lunch break.
