It goes without saying any technical service/support environment can be high paced and stressful. But this is the first company Ive ever worked for or supported that its common knowledge from day 1 that not very many make it just to 6 months. I was told this my very first day of employment. The overall environment there appears to be very "clickish".
Although they have made several attempts of changing the culture, nothing ever appears to stick and reverting back to the old ways happens all too often. There are people there with good intentions, but if you have no power, you have no say. I have witnesses the poor treatment of many employees, including in management,
This "culture" doesnt appear to extend beyond the support teams. Other departments like sales and Human Resources seem to be immune and/or simply ignore. With the new recent management in place, at times it appears to be somewhat unorganized.
The insurance is expensive and doesnt cover needs well.
In saying that, the pay is ok. when they hire the right managers, the job is more enjoyable. But they seem to get rid of a lot of talented people.i would not recommend this place for employment unless you have no other option.
