Lazard was no easy street. But I learned a lot, had exposure to a broad scope of the industry.

Senior Hedge Fund Accountant (Former Employee), New York, NYNovember 29, 2012
Pros: year end bonus was very good
Cons: there was not much room for advancement
I learned about all aspects of a hedge fund from my manager. Management had a great understanding and willingness to teach. Co-workers were very helpful. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with upper management to have a finished product at the end of the day. The hardest part of the job was multi-task on various projects at the same time.
