A job that can get old fast
Spotter Driver (Former Employee) – Tennessee – July 19, 2016
This job should pay 20. Plus an hour for the work and rookie rules you have to put up with. I don't like how they have thier favorites , doesn't matter how much more experience you have other the next person .. ( for example ) a guy started in here when the company took over this facility with 20plus years exp,3 months later He got his brother a job here who has had a cdl 12years less than him., mind you in his 12 years, doesn't even have 10,000 miles experience. Within the first two months was made a lead driver over us guys who were there before this company took over 3 months after that was made a manager who later fired me! If they are not gonna go by seniority, then at least go by experience, his brother ran circles around the guys that were there before the company took over as well as the new starts.) Write ups.. They will write you up for anything , have a accident you probably get fired . They wonder why they have so many accidents.. How about hiring people with not enough experience and the big one working 12 hour shifts doing the same thing over n over along with someone always looking over your shoulder ( someone with less exp mind you) . Wake up lazer spot !! Try 3 shifts 8 hours . Stop with the hounding over every little thing .. And hire the right people for the job.. You lost a lot of good drivers because of those reasons right there !!
Low pay, stupid rules, 12 hr shift and weekends
