Le Bilboquet NYC is seeking Line and Prep cooks for the upcoming opening of our new venue in Midtown. We are seeking individuals who are focused, determined and ready to learn. Compensation commensurate with skill level and experience.

Responsibilities Include: * contributing to a dedicated culinary team * continually seeking to improve restaurant operations * operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirements
Requirements: * a minimum of 2 years of Line/Prep Cook experience * well rounded experience with all classic cooking techniques * NYC experience preferred * Culinary degrees preferred * full-time availability * a passion for great food
