Sales Representative (Current Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – June 5, 2017
Loved the job for the first few years but there aren't any advancement opportunities and the hours have started to become longer. Expect to work anywhere from 55-70 hours a week including Saturdays. You can make great money here if you can sell as you will have every opportunity to succeed but your work/life balance will be 90% work and 10% life as this will take up your entire time.
Installation Technician (Former Employee) – Huntsville, AL – September 8, 2017
The management sucks, all they care about is collecting on jobs whether or not they are installed correctly. They do not care about employees safety. If you value your life do not work for this company I have seen several people get hurt, after management has been notified that conditions were hazardous. Their response was get the job done. No one should ever have to put their safety at risk.
I go to work load and unload the truck, go to designated job sites, complete Job, Show clients, move to the next job. I learned how to install single piece gutter with guard included in the one unit. Management were very respectful and understanding if you had a problem with weather etc. Everyone I worked with was interesting and helpful in helping me do my job. Team work was a must in order to do 3-4 houses in a day.
working with such good people
having to get 4 houses done when houses are at least a half an hour drive or more to each house
