New leadership's focus is not on employee's happiness but on the company's bottom line. The company used to have personal relationship with each employee in terms of their welfare. But now, employees are numbers. A handful of dedicated employees who served the company for over 20 years were replaced recently so our tasks are combined and given to one person for haft of the pay so that the company can be profitable and sustainable.
