As a staffing agency, there isn't too much that can be said that hasn't already been said for other agencies. The work environment is really based on where they place you, but they are very clear, very friendly, very easy to talk to, and it's overall just a very welcoming agency.
The recruiters were professional and on top of information I needed to know to feel comfortable in my job assignments.I always knew I could call the office and have any questions I had answered in a timely manner.
I was able to get jobs close to home.
I never knew when the assignment was going to end.
Clerical position in a temporay employment agency (Former Employee) – Lebanon, NH – September 22, 2015
I did not get called out to enough job opportunities, but the ones I did go out on were exciting and fun positions. There were not enough positions in the area per the number of people looking for work.
Temporary Work for Variious Clients (Former Employee) – Lebanon, NH – August 20, 2015
I received administrative assignments from Leddy Group that were usually several months in duration. My work was always rated as top notch by their clients, and accordingly they treated me with courtesy and repeatedly dispatched me to jobs. That is, until I had a personality clash with one of the individuals I was sent to work for, who terminated the assignment prematurely after I had been there for 11 weeks. Despite my previous record of good work and Leddy Group’s assurances of support as the situation with the client deteriorated, they dropped me immediately afterwards, telling me they would “no longer be a resource” for me, meaning that they would be offering me no further work. They had absolutely no interest in my side of the story, despite my having told them over the course of the engagement that the client was acting unprofessionally and abusively. If you go to work for Leddy Group and run afoul of a client, you are history, no matter what.
N/A (Former Employee) – Dover NH – January 2, 2015
I missed an appointment accidently and now they tell me, I have to wait three years to be able to get employment with them. I think that is a little unreasonable.
When I tried to tell them that I get the dates confused they did not care. The only thing they care about is there policies. What kind of temp services turns away clients because of one mistake that was made. They don't want reason cause there don't care. They told me the wait would be three years and that was final. I would find another temp service personally
when I became the Asst. Manager I would be the first to show up and the last to leave. I would open the store and get the cash out of the safe and then I would write on the board were the employees were going to be working then make sure that we had everything that we need to complete the day on a good note. I learned customer service and how to have a think skin when the customer was not happy with the work that was done on there car. Everyone would work together to make sure that the job got done right the first time and as fast as it could be done. the hardest part of the job was sending a employee home when they had a family to take care of and needed that pay check to pay bills. working on the cars. you can have the same type of car but never the same problems. Having to problem solve go your toes and thinking out side of the box to make sure that you give the best service.
