Title: E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
Reports to: I.T. Manager
Leg Avenue Corporate located in City of Industry, CA, is the innovators of fantasy are currently looking for E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our IT Team. The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate existing and potential online markets. Uses traffic tracking applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques. Including:

  • Work with Operations Manager to shape a comprehensive and measurable e-commerce strategy that drives new on-line sales and improves the on-line customer experience to achieve e-business goals.
  • Manage all e-Commerce data analysis
  • Hands on, day-to-day management of web sites, digital marketing campaigns and channel development
  • Work closely with sales, IT and creative department to enhance website functionality and recommend new features and functionality designed to increase revenue.
  • Enhance search engine optimization through careful planning and execution of SEO strategies, and the use of analytics to drive SEO success.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to their time line, resources and budget.
  • Constantly evaluate new digital and e-commerce opportunities and make recommendations for optimizing performance.
  • Establish a foundation for web and on-line analytics, including measurement and analysis of KPIs, building dashboards, presenting key insights quarterly/monthly, and ensuring data drives actions to improve the business.
  • Use Google Analytics to measure, report and improve on line success.


  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years B2B / on-line marketing, ideally with experience across a variety of on-line channels, including email, social media, performance-based marketing.
  • Must have a broad knowledge of the e-commerce and marketing fields.
  • Must have direct experience with campaign management, program deployment, and campaign metrics tracking.
  • Must have experience with a wide variety of analytics tools, funnel analytics and trial conversions.
  • Advanced-level experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Practical understanding and use of HTML, CMS and template-based email systems.
  • Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all management levels, including distributors and suppliers.
  • Creative thinker with a strong desire for continuous improvement.


Title: E-Commerce Marketing Specialist


  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, or technical/managerial experience at an equivalent level.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Communications is a plus.
