easy commission to be earned. making sales for a good cause and not just for silly infomercial products. you could get let go at any moment without explanation and the management team wasn't very helpful.
Pros
good cause
Cons
not a stable position

Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Westbrook, MEJanuary 25, 2015
Lots of politics from the higher ups and too many changes on policies and procedures.

Fun if you know how to sell and scary if you don't. I did great there and made a lot of money.

Sales Specialist (Current Employee) –  Westbrook, MENovember 2, 2014
The job security wasn't great, but if you were willing to work hard and step out of your comfort zone, it can be a great place to work.

Great place to work for the money, but wouldn't consider it to be a long term career.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Westbrook, MENovember 1, 2013
There is a reason this place is always hiring. The turn over rate is very high. At this place just keep your head down and to your work.

would not recommmend as a place to work
Sales Rep (Former Employee) –  Westbrook, MESeptember 19, 2012
very very difficult place to work at on a daily basis. very difficult to continually meet all the required sales goals which your commissions are based on. company very quick to punish rather than reward workers. examples include: commissions cut for days sick unless you have a doctors note....... who gets a doctors note for a cold etc.....

would never recommend as a place to work for anyone.

that is why you constantly see them or hear them looking for help
Pros
free coffee
Cons
short breaks.... no job security .... stressfull!!!!!!! high employee turnover
