For all of the horror stories that people may hear about LegalMatch, it is actually a good place to work, especially if you are just starting out in the tech industry. The people here are nice and sociable, which is encouraged by management through the annual Thanksgiving potluck and regular ping-pong tournaments. Flexibility in terms of time and location is probably the biggest perk of my position, and I can telecommute whenever I want. I have been fortunate enough to be able to get hands-on training that has allowed me to grow my skill set during my time at LegalMatch, which is something that I likely would not have been able to do in a similar position at another company.
The biggest downside to working at LegalMatch is the location of the office. It's isolated from most forms of public transportation, and there are no coffee places or shops around in case you need to pop out and get something.
