Cashier/Sales Associate, Winter Haven, FL - September 6, 2015
For legoland we worked as a third party. The company was called pic solve. What a typical day was for us was getting money in the morning taking it to the booth/station we were going to work at for the day. Then we would stand there showing people their photos from the rides, while others walked the park taking pictures of the families with characters around the park.During my time working here I learned how to work a cash register, how to up sale products,I learned ways to help a child who was unhappy about their day,and most of all I learned how to have fun at a job. The management was good at first, then as time went on it didn't seem like we had management because things were crazy, and it got to the point where I was scared as a worker to ask management for help because how things were going. Then on the other hand the co workers were awesome and would help way before the manager would. The hardest part of job was learning the park, and helping guest around the park when I first started. The most enjoyable part was seeing how happy the kids were when they saw the characters,or got off the ride and saw their photo on the screen.
