A typical day at work was calling out bound of 350 calls a day. I learned a positive mind will make everything change. My management was very new to their job, never managed before, but learned very fast to keep the team together. The hardest part of the job was to keep steady even after a very bad call or multiple calls. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing I had a team behind me that wanted the same as I did and we had an automatic drive to push each other to our goals.
