Not that great if you work in customer support.
Pros: lots of paid time off, great pay for the work we do
Cons: terrible work / life balance, stuck in poor shifts, heavy micromanagement
Company really isn't into keeping morale high within the department, I've been stuck with the same 2nd shift since I started working there. They don't work with your schedule at all to allow you to go back to school or do other home / life activities at all. The work has been good experience but I can't recommend this place to anyone.
