Signn up to work at different events when u get to the event you are told what you are doing for the day usually with me it is serving, when you get there you began to set up the room in whatever style banqet the event is. We polish silver ware clean dishes set up tables and more. The other coworkers are prety dependable we work as a team to get things – more... done on a timely matter. The hardest part of the job is worring about wether your guest will like what you have put together for them. Cons: not much help and guidance
By working for this company I learned the roles of being a banquet server. Its easy and it can be fun depending on what type of event your working for. You see different co-workers because its a temp service. You dont get the chance to know new people. The hardest part of the job is keeping a steady and continouing pace of bringing food and filling – more... glasses in a orderly fashined way.
