We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our Brand new state of the art dialysis center opeing in Fire Wheel Area.
The Administrative Assistant supports the needs of the clinic under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating unit correspondence, collection of insurance data, maintaining the medical records, compiling statistical data, and acting as unit receptionist.
-Computer skills/ proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English.
-1 to 2 years of office/administrative experience
-High School graduate or G.E.D.
-Current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
