Not very communicative regarding goals and advancement...
Outbound Call/Marketing/Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Bronx, NYJuly 26, 2016
Needs Improvement especially in communicating honestly and forthright. It does not exuberate a positive work environment and training should be available in a better, healthier, and inspirational area. There were constant floods, leaks, and smell of mold... Offices are not well organized and pose fire hazards due to boxes and other entrance and exits being blocked partially. I wish for LTS to have a more positive consultation with a Professional Workforce and Office Expert in order to bring it into a 2016 positive work environment that enhances the LTS Offices and Services ten fold to the point where anyone would want to work for them.
Pros
Some of the workers are creatively enjoyable and pleasingly competitive to work with.
Cons
very short breaks, fired or furlowed without proper notice or communication. Plenty of Nepotism and/or Favoritism

Tax Preparer and Manager (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAJuly 25, 2016
Working at a Liberty Tax Service office had its extremely busy moments during peak season and much slower times during off peak. Dealing with clients was both the most enjoyable and the hardest part of the job, but generally very fulfilling. The workplace atmosphere was quiet and easy going.

Tax Preparer (Former Employee) –  Gloucester, VAJuly 24, 2016
This was not a fulfilling position. Management was un-cooperative, unskilled in training, hostile towards all employees and generally the most difficult part of the job. My co-workers were excellent and we worked well together to do the job without having to refer to management.

Fun Place to Work
Office Manager/Lead Preparer (Current Employee) –  Republic, MO 65738July 15, 2016
Liberty has a motto, one of them is have some fun! Well we try to have fun in the office; for most people TAXES is not a nice word. I like it there it has it's own pace can be slow or hectic. I enjoy meeting all the clients, getting to know them. The hardest part of this job is maybe the filing, you have a small room where the file cabinet is can be claustrophobic.
Pros
Meeting the public, at your pace.
Cons
Small file room

Tax Preparer/ Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Columbia, SCJuly 9, 2016
A typical day would consist of assisting clients with their tax return preparation. The hardest part of this job was having to explain to clients that their tax refund was garnished by the IRS for debts.
