To ensure everyone is treated equally....and the work environment would be so pleasant workers would run to work
Make it a pleasant atmosphere to work in, insure that the proper training is given to each employee. Make sure that they are here to work and not here just to get a pay check.
The number one priority is customer service. Employees need to greet with respect and smile. A few other important points are presentation (appearance of the store as well as availability of products). One more is customer resolution. Listen to them and resolve any problems to the best.
Reading comments, sounds like you need to fire some racist people. Give people breaks, and treat your employees like humans and not machines. Don't understand why you people think people are going to dedicated their life to a job. We have families, friends, and other things we'd like to enjoy. That's why you're always having to hire. It's the same old crazy everywhere, it's time to hire lots of people and rotate, share jobs, and educate people on how to treat others. We're not machines!!!!
