A day at work consist of helping people who had a mental disability achieve daily living skills. As the day, weeks and months go along you learn more of there health, attitudes, behaviors, and family care. I don't work in a office setting its mainly in there homes, but do get along with other co-workers and management. At time the hardest part of the job is not understanding want these individuals go through, but seeing them achieve at least one thing is the greatest part of my job. Seeing a change in them also teaches you a lot about yourself.
