We are recruiting for an Information Technology Helpdesk Support Specialist to work from LFN’s Aurora, OR Administrative Office. The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and upgrading Life Flight Network’s (LFN) business devices. This person will be hands-on, interacting directly with the end user in meeting requests, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and offering general internal helpdesk support across all LFN locations.


  • An Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • Microsoft certifications desired
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting a multi node, multi-site, Microsoft environment
  • 2 years working knowledge of medical charting systems preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Windows
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOX compliance
